Scope of Services

Cloud Limo Manager provides business software designed specifically for limousine, chauffeur, and car service providers. Our services include:

  • Integrated billing and invoicing software

  • Driver and customer mobile applications

  • POS system compatibility and account setup

  • Fleet tracking, analytics, and CRM support

These services are intended solely for commercial transportation businesses. We do not provide services for personal, non-business use.

Eligibility & Registration

To use Cloud Limo Manager, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Represent a legally registered business entity

  • Provide accurate business and contact information

  • Agree to our payment terms and user policies

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.

Service Availability

We aim to ensure consistent availability of our cloud limo software. However, there may be occasional interruptions due to:

  • Scheduled system maintenance

  • Platform upgrades or improvements

  • External factors beyond our control (e.g. internet outages)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our software platform without prior notice, including:

Merchant Responsibilities

As a user of our limo business management software, you agree to:

  • Operate in compliance with all relevant local and federal laws

  • Follow usage guidelines, API limits, and hardware responsibilities

Failure to comply may result in suspension or permanent termination of service, and/or financial penalties.

Payment Terms and Fees

Cloud Limo Manager operates on a subscription-based model and/or pay-per-transaction billing, based on your selected plan. You agree to:

  • Pay all recurring or transactional fees as outlined in your service agreement

  • Maintain sufficient funds in your linked account or payment method

  • Cover any additional costs for software licensing, hardware use, or third-party integrations

  • Comply with any early termination or cancellation fee policies

Late or failed payments may result in service disruption, interest charges, or account collection actions.

Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your Cloud Limo Manager subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Termination is subject to the terms in your original agreement and may include:

  • Return of equipment (if leased or provided)

  • Payment of any outstanding or prorated fees

  • Continued responsibility for charges during the notice period

We may terminate your access without notice if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • Your business becomes ineligible or inactive

  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is suspected

Termination does not waive your financial obligations accrued prior to closure.

Limitation of Liability

Cloud Limo Manager is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We are not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, data, or goodwill resulting from service interruption

  • Delays caused by third-party providers or system failures

  • Misuse of the software by users or employees of your organization

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the last 12 months.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect software updates, compliance requirements, or business changes. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date and notify users through the platform or by email. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
