Cloud Limo Manager is built by Host Merchant Services — a US payment processor that has spent twenty years working with small and mid-market businesses. We know what most of you pay every month for software you barely use, and we know what a 0.3% surcharge on top of card processing actually costs an operator who runs $80,000 a month in card volume.
So we did the math the other way around. If you process your cards with us — at a rate we will guarantee to match or beat — we make our margin on the processing. That means we can give the dispatch software away. Not as a loss leader. Not as a stripped-down trial. The whole product, all features, no caps.
There is no Pro tier coming. There is no per-seat upgrade. There is no premium support plan you have to buy. If you stop processing through HMS, your free access ends — but your data is always yours and you can export it any time.
